The Forest of Dean Labour Party is ready to win in the 2024 General Election.  We’re campaigning and are just waiting for the Tories to be brave enough to set a date.  Polls show that Labour can win and beat Mark Harper.

There was a fantastic turn out of local activists at a campaign workshop organised by the Forest of Dean Constituency Labour Party.  You could feel the enthusiasm for a Labour win and real belief that it will happen.

Mark Harper has let down his constituents again and again.  As Secretary of State for Transport, it’s shameful that local people have had bus services cut and the road network is full of potholes or roadworks that delay getting about.

As the cost of living impacts everyone’s lives, and local services are at breaking point, the Conservatives are just focusing on tax cuts that will benefit the wealthy and result in more money taken out of public funds.  Meanwhile the local Greens are proposing huge hikes in car parking charges in Forest towns that will make it even harder to shop and use services locally.

The Forest of Dean needs a change and the Labour Party is ready.  Let’s Get Britain’s Future Back.
